Bring your signs and join us for a peaceful walk around the Picnic Shelter area of Huntington Beach’s Central Park, followed by a gathering with art and frisbee fun for the kids. Bring your own picnic (no alcohol, please). This is a family friendly event, promoting a positive message.

tinySOS is passionate about spreading awareness around the violence epidemic in our world today and, with April being Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we felt inspired to host an event that not only spreads awareness around the seriousness of sexual assault but to create a space for people to connect and be empowered. We were excited to raise money for RAINN – the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization and to create a platform for our great friend and survivor of sexual assault, Heather Whitaker.Team tinySOS, Heather Whitaker, and RAINN had a wonderful afternoon of free yoga, free tank-tops and healthy food, authentic connection and a life changing story that inspired us to join arms in our pursuit of violence prevention! We Click for LOVE not VIOLENCE!
ABOUT THE CAUSE:
RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN created and operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline (800.656.HOPE, online.rainn.org y rainn.org/es) in partnership with more than 1,000 local sexual assault service providers across the country and operates the DoD Safe Helpline for the Department of Defense. RAINN also carries out programs to prevent sexual violence, help victims, and ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice.
